The Wiki of All Wikis -
On this site, the creators have compiled a huge collection of Educational Wikis of all shapes and sizes. If you need a place to look around and get ideas, this site is good.

Digie-xplorers
This is an amazing Wiki out of New Zealand that was created by 5th graders. They have created their own "Choose Your Own Adventure" type stories using the wiki format. As the story continues, the reader gets to make choices about what the characters do next. To choose, the user clicks their choice at the bottom of the page and is directed to the next part of the story. What a creative solution to get kids writing!

Civil War Reconstruction Debate
On this Wiki, teachers have divided students into pairs to determine the best way to direct Reconstruction following the Civil War. Students formulate their own arguments and then engage in discussions as other teams evaluate their perspectives. This is a great way for older students to engage in discussions while having time to really think about and formulate their arguments.

Progressive Era Issues
In this project, students were to research and compile problems and solutions related to the Progressive Era of the United States. On the Wiki page, students detailed one problem and possible solutions. They also include images of the problem and were resposible for citing the sources they used. Also included in this Wiki is a link to links where students could potentially find information and a rubric of how the assignment was graded. I like that this site compiles all of the students' information into one comprehensive site about a time period.
